We've been busy creating something new and exciting at The Chocolate Society and we're thrilled to share it with you, our new website has been live for a week now and with it comes the exciting announcements to follow...
1. We’ve got a brand-new website!
We’re one week into the new website so please get in touch and let us know if you find anything which isn’t working, your feedback is so important to us! There’s exciting new features such as
- Customer Account Creation (Save Addresses, View Previous Orders etc.)
- Fantastic Communication of order status updates
- Live Chat - Chat with us, if you have any queries (Mon-Fri / 9am - 4pm)
- ApplePay - quick one touch payment on iPhones
2. Our Tasting Club has changed
Let us introduce you to the new Box of the Month, it’s now possible for you to buy the tasting club month by month without signing up for 3, 6 or 12 months. Although we only make a limited number of these boxes each month, so being a subscriber will guarantee one of those boxes will have your name on it!
3. Short Shelf Life Products
Occasionally our products run lower on shelf life, they are still amazing quality and totally delicious, but we wanted to create a platform to sell these to you for a special price, so be sure to regularly check out our Short Shelf Life Products to grab an absolute steal!
4. We’re on our way to opening our Factory Shop
The decorators have been in and we’re well on our way to opening a factory shop, we’re very excited about this, but we’ll keep you posted on further developments.
5. Next day deliveries, as standard!
And finally, we are now offering next day delivery on all orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Throughout the summer months we never post anything on a Friday, we can’t bear the thought of our chocolates being sat in a courier’s depot over the weekend, so we will post all Thursday afternoon to Sunday orders out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
