The majority of our products are now supplied in fully recyclable or biodegradable packaging, we have introduced the use of NatureFlex™ which is a fully biodegradable material made from wood pulp. Suitable for home composting and curbside green waste (please check locally). Please do not put into plastic recycling as this is a plant product, it can contaminate the process. Chocolate Bars:
- Sleeve - made from uncoated carton board and suitable for all home recycling
- Film - made from NatureFlex™ which is compostable.
Candied Fruit & Nuts:
- Box - made from uncoated carton board and suitable for all home recycling
- Bag - made from NatureFlex™ which is compostable.
Hot Chocolate Drops:
- Box - made from uncoated carton board and suitable for all home recycling
- Bag - made from NatureFlex™ which is compostable
Honeycomb:
- Box - made from uncoated carton board and suitable for all home recycling
- Bag - currently not suitable for recycling, we are working on a biodegradable alternative for this which we hope to have in place very soon
Hokey Pokey:
- Tag - widely recycled
- Bag - currently not suitable for recycling, we are working on a biodegradable alternative for this which we hope to have in place very soon
- Ribbon - not suitable for recycling
Box of the Month:
- Plastic Tray - made from RPET containing a minimum of 50% recycled content and is fully recyclable
- Padding - Fully recyclable and Compostable
- Box - Recyclable
Postage Packaging:
- Cardboard Boxes: Suitable for cardboard recycling
- Bubble wrap: Not suitable for recycling, however we are working on an alternative which will have less of an impact on the planet, but will still ensure your chocolates arrive safely.
